🔸️Successfully completed a full renovation and waterproofing project in Anna Nagar, Chennai in association with architect Naveen. This project covered approximately 5500 sq. ft. of exterior wall area and 1700 sq. ft. of terrace area.

🔸️All exterior walls were thoroughly cleaned, with cracks carefully repaired, and special attention given to window & door joints.Fixed and restored areas with damaged plaster to prevent any future seepage issues.Exterior painting done with damp-proofing and quality paint for better durability.

🔸️The terrace waterproofing was executed using cementitious system, followed by a protective waterproofing chemical coating in a terracotta finish, combining both strength and aesthetics.

🔸️Ground floor wall area treated with asphalt membrane to prevent rising damp from garden soil.
